Preventative Maintenance Visits

The aim of annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) is to replace all consumable parts that become worn or deteriorate as a result of day-to-day operation and processing before they fail. Carrying out regular preventative maintenance on a system should ensure maximum up time and optimum process performance. The maintenance concludes with a full system test and calibration, providing system baselines to assist in fault finding of any future system issues.

The package includes:

• Pre-Maintenance Testing of System
• Preventative Maintenance Intervention (Including Parts and Labour) carried out by a fully trained and experienced Oxford Instruments Field Service Representative. The duration of the PM visit depends on the system of interest and includes engineer travel time.
• Post Maintenance Testing and Baseline check
• All Consumables required for completion of a full system Preventative Maintenance
• All travel and expenses are included (up to a maximum number of days defined by the PM visit duration, as described above, and including travel time)
