TEST-MASTER PRO is a robust, mobile optical emission spectrometer designed for precise alloy analysis and material identification of metallic samples. The TEST-MASTER PRO can be used manually and is available with PLC-interface for integration in a fully automated production line. This “workhorse” is optimised for sorting demanding workloads within depots and storage facilities in steel producing and metalworking plants. Key features
The TEST-MASTER PRO is quickly and simply adapted to optimize every possible measurement task. Standard applications such as grade verification, grade identification or precise analysis are done using the appropriate arc-spark sample probe. Using an optional UV-PRO probe, elements such as phosphorus, sulphur and boron can easily be determined.
Its extraordinary rugged construction uses a heat exchanger system without airflow through the inner compartments in order to avoid dust or metal vapor entering sensitive areas.
The instrument is controlled and data is entered via a professional TFT "touch screen" panel using standard WINDOWS™ based software. An external mouse and keyboard can be connected. Common interfaces allow simple data printout and transfer. A PLC-interface for data communication for fully automated production lines can be provided.

TEST-MASTER PRO is the most powerful optical emission spectrometer of its type. Its superior performance is best demonstrated in extreme industrial environments, where large quantities of sample and 100% material testing are required. Ideal for both iron and non-ferrous metals.
The Arc excitation supports fast Go/No Go sorting, as well as a complete analysis in as little as 2 seconds.
