Austin Scientific supports all our products with a world class repair facility in Austin Texas. In addition to Austin Scientific products we repair, and refurbish CTI/Helix, Leybold, Balzer, APD & Sumitomo products as well as most suppliers of cryopumps, coldheads and helium compressors.

Service provided through BOC.
- All pumps must have a Health/Safety form completed prior to receipt by the service center.
- Pumps arriving without a H/S form will be rejected.
- Decontamination typically adds 3 business days to all repairs.
Exchange service
We offer our own quality products, as well as most makes of cryropumps and helium compressors – refurbished and fully warranted. These are generally available off the shelf for complete peace of mind, and minimum down time.
- Shipment of an exchange pump to your facility. Defective pump due within 10 days
- Exchanges are offered for like configurations including flange and accessories.
- Charges may be applied for unlike exchange cores.
