MARAN-DI

For Research Imaging Applications, a versatile, low cost imager is now available with a GUI to facilitate image acquisition

The MARAN-DI (3D) is a benchtop imaging system based on permanent magnet technology and offers the technical advantages of the digital DRX console. The system can be used to conduct a wide variety of MRI and bulk NMR experiments and is specifically oriented towards research use.

Depending on individual user requirements, the modular design of the MARAN-DI allows for various configuration options and therefore offers outstanding functionality.

Main Features

Sample sizes ranging from 10mm to 51mm diameter

Compatible with either the DRX or MARAN Ultra electronics
Fully programmable VT-Probes, capable of operation from –5 degrees C to +80 degrees C
SPRITE, multislice/multiecho, Fast Spin Echo, 3D and Back Projection imaging sequences
Ultra strong gradients (available in shielded or unshielded format) for Pulsed Field Gradient studies
Wide variety of RF transmitter options
Complete suite of data acquisition and processing software - all the experiments that can be performed on the standard MARAN Ultra benchtop systems can be performed on the MARAN-DI
